Career Timeline

This page is a narrative timeline, not a résumé.

The purpose is to show the path: how theatre, audio, video, automation, production operations, systems development, and software experimentation all connect.

Early technical years

A foundation built through live production, technical operations, practical troubleshooting, and learning by doing.

Systems development and operational tooling

A period focused on improving workflows, understanding business and technical systems, and turning recurring problems into better processes.

Live entertainment technology

Years spent around complex productions, automation, projection, video, audio, and show-critical systems.

Venue and operations leadership

A shift into broader responsibility: technical operations, production systems, team coordination, reliability, and cross-functional problem solving.

The builder era

A newer chapter focused on AI-assisted software development, personal tools, Scarlco Labs, GitHub, Docker, SwiftUI, monitoring systems, and documenting the process in public.

The connective tissue

The job titles changed. The core pattern did not: understand the system, find the weak points, improve the workflow, and keep learning.
