Why I Am Building Software Now
I did not set out to become a software developer.
My career grew through live entertainment, technical operations, production systems, automation, video, audio, and a long series of problems that needed practical solutions.
But after enough years of operating complex systems, you start to see patterns. You see the same missing tools. You see the same manual processes. You see the same moments where a better interface, a better log, or a better monitor would have saved time.
Modern AI tools changed the equation for me.
They did not magically make software easy. They did make it possible to explore ideas faster, test concepts sooner, and build prototypes that would have stayed in a notebook before.
That is what this site is documenting: not a career change, exactly, but an expansion of the toolbox.
